McMicroDonalds: So I opened a ticket regarding an unfair suspension. I won't' go into details about it, but the ticked was marked as solved. I didn't click solved and the admin didn't get back to me.
Has anyone else had this happen.
Lifthrasil: Sometimes 'solved' just means: "We won't bother to do anything about this." In other words, 'solved' and 'rejected' can mean the same thing in GOG speak. Happened to me in the past as well. Sometimes support is quite friendly and helpful. Sometimes they are the opposite. Depends on the case and the person working it, I guess.
solved = we won't bother anymore with this
ussnorway: even on the nasty list you still get an email saying Gog doesn't give a shit about you and will get around to it when they finish their coffee, its auto-server sent and the idea that he doesn't get one is silly because that would actually take more effort from Gog... we just are not important enought to make special rules for ;)
GamezRanker: They actually seem to enforce the rules in a special way for some of us(i mean before they got swamped with tickets) for quite some time now, actually.....as in some of us getting modded for small time things every now and then, while other users would make post after post in threads on page 1(more severe COC infractions) and get little to no modding.
As such, and while I could be wrong, I wouldn't put it past them putting a bit more time and effort in to make a point that they were ignoring a user that was more of a thorn in their side.
this is what the problem with moderation , it is always biased
