I'm using two malwarebytes at the same time. Twice as clean.. Just kidding. =)

Still I'm using malwarebytes free version and that microsoft security essentials. Mostly seems fine. Now I just need to tone down with my gambling and porn addiction.. but that's another story. Story nobody ever wants to hear or tell. =P

Anyway, one time my sister got her browser malware'd (twice a week tbh), I ran malwarebytes and also had to reinstall the browser for the exorcism to take effect.

Reset works most of time. I don't know about others but I believe that if you can understand a virus/malware working pattern you can fix it without any third party software.

Seriously though, you have a boot disc created from your antiV, boot up with that, allow it to run, then run adaway programs, malware etc. Then reboot. Oh, and stop looking at porn!

Have you tried Super Anti-Spyware, Malwarebytes, or the Kaspersky Anti-rootkit utility?
