Hi, I have a little issue. I just realized now that at the time of my account creation (saturday) I put the wrong email, I put a non existing email account due to haste and now I cant change my email account because 2FA is enabled (I assume its the default as I dont have any memories of activating it). What can I do? I cant log in on any other browser/device due to 2FA sending the code to a non existant mail and I fear than when cookies on my browser expire I will loose access to my GOG account. The support bot is not usefull as it just tells me "Please provide us with e-mail address associated with your GOG account. Any further communication will be sent to this mail." (if I had access to that mail I would not be here my friend) Thanks in advice!

did you make a purchase from GOG?

Edit: and if you did, which payment method did you use? If you didnt make a purchase, I dont think you are having any issues tbh.

You can try to create new e-mail account with that name that you used and then change e-mail on GOG with it.

That could prove difficult as I didnt use a @gmail/proton/public email adress domain, I used the domain of my university mail, would have to check with the IT guys if they can create me a temp account to recover my GOG account... yeah I dont have too much hope.

well, as its a gift i cant help much. if it were YOUR amazon account i could at least say to email support [at] gog [dot] com and provide all the details but i doubt this is of any use.
