I bought Heroes of Might & Magic, but it seems can't connect the multiplayer online mode. Does anyone know how to play PVP online?

Use a LAN emulator like Hamachi or Evolve, or use a direct TCP/IP connection.

Which Heroes did you buy? There are 5 games with that as a core part of their name. GOG also has "Heroes: Chronicles", which is considered part of the same series, but probably isn't what you bought.
