never have i seen a hardware developer more deviant, annoying.
selling the most EA level branded garbage with high prices.
the concept of a piece of hardware lasting a week is confounding to them.
the ir sensors they put in their laptops point up... now a idiot can tell you what happens the moment the tiny window fills with dust. yes you have a broken sensor.
and thus a laptop with a part that has a heft price tag.. planned obsolesce at it's finest.

so what i'm gona do is bypass it so it thinks it's 10000*C all the time and never stops the fans.. problem solved.

because i'm not paying them for garbage for thermal management... the fans full on 24/7 would be better than their "solution"
and if i ever corner one of their engineers in a public bathroom there will be meme's flowing like the toilet his head is going into.

Have you considered that perhaps it isn't the engineer's fault, but the meddling manager's fault instead?

i have a saying, know when to walk out.
because executing a action on command is the level of slavery engineers have to resort to, so fair enough.
i would honestly walk the hell out and tell them to find someone else.

How do you always seem to manage to misspell something in the title of your threads? Hewlet, advertizing, colling...

The only reason that CDProjectRed tolerates threads like these in their forum is simple -- we are all paying customers. They care more about the money than anything else. That's why these threads don't get shut down, even at the request of others.

here's the best part, i have sent 27 threads where the same model unit.. died.
same symptoms all this year when their warranty expired.
