Wow, that is strange. lol

"Dammit, once you've installed our game you can never, ever, get rid of it" lol

ADDED: I'm not sure since I've never used Galaxy, but it appears as though the "Play" option isn't available either. You may try reinstalling and then see if the option to uninstall becomes available then I guess. But it appears that Galaxy thinks you don't have the game installed. (Or that's the way the "Play" button always looks, as I don't know having never used Galaxy.)

I don't know what the problem is, but the universal solution is to get rid of Galaxy.

Yeah, I wasn't sure of the problem either, but the comment "do i need to manually go in and delete everything" plus the fact that the screenshot shows Uninstall not being an option, I assumed that perhaps the problem is he can't uninstall the game.
Answer: uninstall Galaxy 2.0, then install Galaxy 1.2.67 and manually delete the updater file so that it can never update.

Galaxy 1.2 is infinitely better than Galaxy 2.0 in every possible way anyway.
You can't uninstall the game because in Russia, the game uninstalls you!
Try to re - import the game with the option so the Galaxy can find it and then try to uninstal.

IF it's a Windows machine, and IF the problem really is an inability to uninstall, I suppose you could try to uninstall it through the Apps tab in settings or the Programs and Features option on the Apps page. (I have had instances before where something I wanted to uninstall didn't show up under the Apps page but then did show up under the old Programs and Features settings, which I thought was strange)
In the game folder there should be a file called "unins000.exe". You can try to uninstall the game by opening this file.

Its a windows machine windows 11 it started with the game not wanting to update.
Now its stuck as it seems it won´t uninstall either.
You could try to use the offline installer to install the game again and see whether this fixes something.

Did you try to re-import the game? It seems Galaxy does not detect the game at all to be installed so you have to fix that first.

Ahh, okay, so uninstalling wasn't your initial goal, it was to get the game updated. And failing that I guess uninstalling and reinstalling could accomplish the same thing but you can't even do that either.

Mmm, well as I stated I have never used Galaxy nor have I ever used Windows 11, so I'm not much help. Perhaps Hirako__'s advice above is the place to at least start. Then if re-importing the game (lol I don't even know what that means so that should show how unhelpful I am) doesn't work go from there.

Sorry I couldn't help but it sure seems like Hirako__ might have the best advice so far, at least as a place to start.

Good luck, hope it all works out for you and best wishes for the Holiday season.

ErikJust: how do i fix this
The first thing to try is Hirako's advice that you keep ignoring. Choose "Import Folder" in your screenshot and point to the game's installation folder.

If that doesn't help, start over with a fresh database:
1. While GOG Galaxy isn't running, open File Explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\
2. Move the storage folder to the desktop.
3. When you next start GOG Galaxy, it will import your list of owned games from the server. Once that's done, click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then Scan Folders for GOG Games.
