i got a code in my email and i was told my ticket was answered how do i veiw this

There is nothing you can view. Everything is handled by email. So if you got an answer that was also in your email. So either you just got the confirmation email for creating the ticket or your answer might be in your spam folder if you can't see it.

o ok ya i replyed to the emial of the first wondering if instead of a refund on a game that wont work if i could just exchange it for empire erth 2 gold since there the same price
