Hello,

there are a number of PC games that support HDR. Including some found on GOG. Shadow Warrior 2 and Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice are two games on GOG that support HDR. I contacted Nvidia support as to what the actual requirements are, so I can configure it correctly. I have also searched the web and multiple forums where users have discussed HDR with their own take of what is required to make HDR work correctly. All-in-all, there is no official documentation in order to get HDR to work.

My setup is windows 7 service pack 1, 64-bit.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB version, Driver 375.95 (2016)
Sony TV display 49" 4K (possibly supporting HDR. The software updates were supposed to add HDR but sony is not too good with the information. There is "standard HDMI" and "enhanced HDMI" signals. The enhanced one is supposed to support 10 bit and a bunch of other stuff like yuv 4:4:4 etc. some users report that the sony TVs go into a special HDR mode when it receives a valid signal.)

"enhanced HDMI" mode
standard HDMI cable (purchased in 2015)

Nvidia told me windows 7 and GTX 960 are HDR compatible. They also said everything else was fine. They just recommended a driver update. this didn't really fix anything. Other users on forums mentioned you have to switch from RGB to YUV, change 8-bit to 10-bit/12-bit etc. Nvidia said this wasn't necessary. It's not a massive issue but i would like to try HDR. anyone got HDR to work?
