I'm having problems with a game and I'm trying to get tech support, but there are no existing articles to help me, and when I try to use the ai chatbot thing I get to where it wants me to upload a system profile but it won't let me upload the file -- the format is not compatible?

How am I supposed to get support when the support system apparently doesn't support my Mac yet? I'm running Ventura 13.3.1 and their OS select only goes up to 12

You can open a support ticket by telling the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice. Alternatively, try e-mailing support@gog.com directly.
