I would like to hear recommendations for good games similar to:
Clive Barker's Jericho
Inner Chains
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
Agony
Outlast
Amnesia: The Dark Descent

I know there are many games like these out there, so to narrow possible suggestions I will add following:
* need to have action gameplay elements, so "Walking Simulators" or puzzle games are not what i want, games like Amnesia: A machine for Pigs or Dear Esther are not what I am interested in. I guess it is debatable how much actual gameplay there is in Outlast or Amnesia Dark Descent, but still, they were very engaging, not just walking and looking at backgrounds
* would be best if the game had animations for hands and other body parts of the main character, for example when picking up objects, opening doors, fighting, etc. games with "invisible hands" (like Amnesia A machine for pigs , mentioned above) are not very immersive
* non-corridor level design is a big plus, the less it feels like "on the rails", the better
* fantasy/sci-fi/fictional setting is a big plus

I will be very grateful for your suggestions , fellow players. Thank you!

Thief Series - the early ones don't have hands, but they're fairly open, have a good plot, a lot of gameplay and a sort of fantasy setting.
If you liked Agony, then there is Lust for Darness And off course to upcoming Lust from Beyond and Succubus, both have demos on Steam if you want to check them out
Can't do wrong with the System Shocks, as well as the Bioshocks.
SOMA
Scorn, which is still scheduled to release sometime this year - on GoG too, by the way.
If you liked Amnesia TDD, chances are you'll like the Penumbra games too.
Arx Fatalis
Maybe Dying Light for something more action-y? It has limbs, it is mostly open world and sure, it is not really horror game but it is full of zombies.
STALKER is amazing.

Slaughtering zombies by day quickly becomes "harmless" fun, the nights however are incredibly atmospheric :-)

I second some of these:
Soma very good
Arx Fatalis old but probably still enjoyable
Thief-s very good games, but not horror

these are very similar to your games
The Beast Inside
The Evil Within 2
Visage
I've heard the Metro series is pretty legit. Especially Last Light. It's getting an enhanced version though so maybe you'd want to wait.
I also really liked STALKER. I've only beaten the first two, but Shadow of Chernobyl had great atmosphere. Very eerie.

How action packed would you want?

Interesting.
More often than not I find hand animations very distracting, as they look completely wrong. Gun manipulating is among the only things that I think first person games get somewhat right when it comes to body animations.

And no, I really can't think of any game that would match your criteria.

Nobody has mentioned Deus Ex yet, so I will do that, although I have no memory on how things were animated in the game.
Also:

Nehrim for Oblivion
Dishonored
Prey

And if the platform is of no importance:

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic
Enderal for Skyrim

Do VTM: Bloodlines and Enclave allow switching to FPP? I don't remember. But they are quite immersive, too.

Seconding Prey.
And off course, you can play all the Elder scrolls games in FP view), Fallout 3, NV, 4, or Disonoured series

For a good puzzler (though no hands) is TRI: of friendship and madness

Not all of these match all your criteria so be sure to do your own research, but consider these:

The amazing Blood, of course
Nosferatu
Kingpin Life of Crime
Quake
Doom
Painkiller
Crysis
FEAR Platinum

If you can handle outlandish gore, get Postal 2 on sale (since it drops to only $1); there's more to it than the gore. not fantasy setting however, set in an Arizona town

Unreal Gold is great and immersive.
The Serious Sam games.
System Shock 2

SiN Gold (sci-fi but "near future"-ish)

Shadow Warrior(s), especially the free one. Look into source ports for it.
