Hi,
I played Dungeon Keeper all night long,
But toda morning, while updating the game, I suddenlty got the error Disk access problem could not instal the update.
Even with deinstalling the game, I still can play it.
Does someone know how this problem happened and how I can fix it?

Dungeon keeper 10.1 version.

Are you using Galaxy? When did that patch come to GOG? If a brand new patch, I suspect they messed up when building it.

There are several sources to this message:

1. Antivirus software, especially AVAST is prone to think it's malware and "deny" changes.
Solution: Remove or at least deactivate antivirus software.

2. Windows Folder/Files access problem (also include locked files by the OS).
Solution: NEVER install to Program Files (or any other system folders).
Alternative: Try starting the software in ADMIN mode OR restart computer.

3. Corrupt files/installation.
Solution: Reinstall/redownload software or reinstall OS.

4. Corrupt sectors/harddrive.
Solution: Replace harddrive.

Use the tried and proved method of elimination.
