Hello.

I bought XCOM complete pack yesterday and had the download finished at around 7 pm.
From then until I had the installation running - like for 6 hrs - but it never finishes ..
It proceeds (or ist stuck) in the installation-configuration process [picture below],
which I find really annoying, especially since there is no % progress mark.

Just rebooted the computer and its proceeding the procedure at the same point..

It worked with Galaxy and other games though .. also dowloading another 17gb sucks a**

can't cancel the isntallation process either -_-"

6 hours is pretty bad! Maybe you can send a gog support ticket with more details like disk space, OS, HDD or SSD, etc. Good luck
