I've sent a few tickets and I've got no response. I didn't cared for those because it wasn't that important (it were some questions that got answered from other places), but now I do need it to be resolved. How long it takes for them to resolve one? I know that they're struggling with covid and the cyberpunk stuff but I felt that it's too long...
I had same-day turnaround a last week on a refund of Carcassonne once I discovered it has DRM in it.

They reply to one of my tickets recently, but got another one pending from last week, so yes, they are replying!!!
I don't know how long it could take :/

Yup. Could be hours or days, but they are resolving for sure.

The first time, early last year, it took them 7 weeks "due to coronavirus".

This year, I got a response after nearly 5 weeks. So far, follow-ups to that have been every ~24 hours.
I had a problem at the end of november 2020, and 14 days later they resolved it. I think that's okay.

It really seems to depend on what the actual issue is. Things like game refunds would most likely get resolved sooner than others.
GOG support has a lot on their plates right now and this thread explains it further.
