The game "Good Night, Knight" looks appealing, but it seems like its development has stalled (or stopped). Even if the game is playable right now, can we even hope for bugfixes?

I have a few questions regarding this game:
1. Is there any hope of us getting the game. Daikatana and Duke Nukem Forever did eventually go gold, but not to ecstatic reviews.
2. The game is out for some consoles; why is it taking this long to get it to the PC? The companies advertises game porting services. I am puzzled.
3. I have also read, on Steam, that the game was being written in Game Maker. So... not a port of the game released on other systems?

Has anyone any information that would help me make a more informed opinion about this game?
