Like it would make sense if LucasArt did a point and click adventure game with Star Wars back in the days. But the question is, does it actually exist?

Nope (well, not officially).
Tell me if I'm wrong though - perhaps there is some weird Star Wars mobile adventure game or something. I don't keep track of that stuff :o Please tell me I'm wrong :(
They certainly didn't make a SCUMM Star Wars game, which is just incredibly bizarre. Such a huge missed opportunity...

Wow, now I want a Han Solo game in the spirit of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. I *REALLY* want that game, actually.
