Well there is a Twitter account and a support section with a 'Contact Us' page so I think you can contact somebody at WB.
They probably won't tell you anything useful though.
As I don't love the game as much as a lot of rabid fans do, I don't really care if/when it comes here.

Crosmando: The game could be the greatest in the world, I wouldn't even be mentioning it if it used it's own fantasy universe instead of crapping all over Tolkien's. When did I say anything about Intelligence? I'm simply saying I find this game personally offensive.
Do you really think it's offensive because it uses Tolkien's universe? Before I played the game I had my doubts but it change when I played the freaking game.
You're acting like a snob who thinks that "they should never touch it because it'll ruin it forever!!!11!!"
avatar
darthspudius: However this game is not based on the books, it is based on the films.
avatar
Crosmando: And? There's nothing in the books or the films which says that a half-man, half-wraith can exist. It's made-up "edgy" fanfiction.
You should tell someone who gives a shit, because I certainly do not. I enjoyed it and that is all I care about.

Snob would be the perfect word.

It was all a very well made game. Needs more praise if you ask me. A lot of games could learn from it.
low rated

What does it matter if it's a game? No one would of even cared for it if it didn't have "Middle-Earth" and "Mordor" in the title in order to give legitimacy to what is nothing but crude fanfiction, ie this is not a game that could stand on it's own two feet without using the LOTR license.

You're acting like a snob who thinks that "they should never touch it because it'll ruin it forever!!!11!!"
On the contrary, I think you have bad taste.

We need more implementation of the Nemesis system because it gave the game more replay value and it felt like a breath of fresh air.
I think that super hero games could use this system.

It could be good for a lot of different type of games. Here's hoping it at least gets picked up by one game.

Firstly,I read LOTR 3 times already and it sits on a very special place on my shelf along with my Robert E. Howard's Conan Collection and Dune.
Secondly, insulting people's tastes because they have a different opinion than you makes you seen like a major snob and asshole with a serious superiority complex.
Thirdly,I treat of SoM as Expanded Universe material that details events that happened between The Hobbit and LOTR and you are like those Star Wars fans who bitch and moan about the Expanded Universe and that "only the movies are canon".
And finally,as darthspudius said,it was a very well crafted game with great characters,VA,graphics, gameplay,Nemesis system, sound design and soundtrack.

Assassin's Creed could use the system.

Crosmando: Go read a book nigga. The game spits upon what is one of the most important pieces of modern English literature. You have shit taste in video games/everything so this isn't surprising!
Who pissed in your porridge then today?

Sssh I didn't tell him... :P
I am of the opinion that I think Shadow of Mordor looks rather meh. Too actiony for my Lord of the Rings taste.

I am still waiting for either:

A Baldur's Gate/Dragon Age: Origins like game in Middle Earth

OR

A proper "Role Playing" Open World RPG in Middle Earth. And don't flood the world with too many dungeons like Elder Scrolls I prefer 10 quality dungeons over 100 re-used dungeons with different layouts.
avatar
Crosmando: Better question, why would you want it? Interplay's LOTR games from the early 90's were a million times more loyal to the source material than that abomination.
So what do you think of Lord of the Rings Online?

I gotta read the books I bought sometime.

Especially the other 3 (Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, and Children of Hurin)

I would also recommend you buy Conan(written by Robert E. Howard) and Dune.
