I've been having an issue with Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds. I submitted a ticket and I have yet to hear from anyone, even though the ticket was submitted more than 24 hours ago. The ticket number is #51632.

What is the issue? I play that game all the time.

Game crashes after launch. I tried solutions suggested in the Galactic Battlegrounds forum, but they aren't working for me.
