Ticket got assigned to a person on day one, but that person hasn't replied since. I've tried to contact GOG on Facebook asking if they could ask the person to reply or assign another person to the ticket since this person is not replying, they told me they'll get back to me as soon as ticket is replied and that was all. I don't need them to do that all I need them is to have someone take a look at my ticket but they haven't replied. Contacted around five GOG staff on Gwent's discord server asking if they could foward my ticket to someone in the office, none of them replied either except one who was on holiday.
I was told the response time was a day or two but my experience with the staff and support is going very underwhelming
