Ticket got assigned to a person on day one, but that person hasn't replied since. I've tried to contact GOG on Facebook asking if they could ask the person to reply or assign another person to the ticket since this person is not replying, they told me they'll get back to me as soon as ticket is replied and that was all. I don't need them to do that all I need them is to have someone take a look at my ticket but they haven't replied. Contacted around five GOG staff on Gwent's discord server asking if they could foward my ticket to someone in the office, none of them replied either except one who was on holiday.

I was told the response time was a day or two but my experience with the staff and support is going very underwhelming

(I created a post here because no one responds to anything I write, maybe here someone from the staff will. My ticket number is #515493 and English is not my first language, sorry if some of my words sounded weird)

wiping gwent account and replacing it with xbox progress. like I said it got assigned on day one so it's pretty weird that they are not responding to it.

are you sure you're supposed to be contacting gog support and not cdpr support?

(i dont play the game myself)

either way, that sounds like a low priority ticket right now during the sale - highest will be purchase problems etc. i reccommend being a bit more patient and not sending any more replies to the ticket (or new ones) as it may just push you back in the que.
The problem I had that I talked to support about was kind of weird, so it took almost a week for an answer. In the end it was solved.

They may be backed up with tickets or only respond when there's a clear answer to give.

I totally understand your point but if everyone do the same, imagine the increased amount of work on GOG support...

Dark_art_: I totally understand your point but if everyone do the same, imagine the increased amount of work on GOG support...
If users aren't replied to, they will naturally seek another avenue of contact, the blame isn't on the user in this case. You, as a customer, wish to seek info on a product/your purchase so will naturally feel inclined to do so. This is why communicating with your users is important, be it on socials or forums etc
Not to mention, a thread like this; if I was working a helpdesk, I'd be greatly tempted to feed your ticket back down to the bottom of the priority queue.

Agreed, though TBH some people are so whiny and self entitled nowadays they seem to deserve such treatment.
