It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am trying to download and install KOTOR 1 on my PC. I tried downloading the offline version, but when I try to click on part 2 of the download, it goes 404. I installed GoG Galaxy to try downloading it that way, and it got about 60% downloaded and doesn't want to finish with it even with closing Galaxy and restarting it.

There was a posting and public reference on the front page that they were having issues with some server/cloud storage thing, which may result in issues with downloads.

But be assured 'any already downloaded offline content is unaffected' or something.

For now i'd suggest clearing your cache if you try again, maybe some cookies or references in the pages may get fixed, other than that it's whenever they fix it.
most of the servers are back up now but there is a heavy load
Probably folks understand the need to backup their goods. I understand if folks cannot do so. It does shed light on getting offline installs when one can.
nvm

Unfortunately neither clearing the browser history for Firefox nor Chrome helped. Still can't get an offline download.

There's nothing you can do. The problem is entirely on GOG's side. There are currently more 1,000 files that cannot be downloaded. Nothing significant has changed since Thursday. Perhaps tomorrow.
At least I can download it now. Either this one has been fixed, or the issue is regional.
