Apparently the game's being published by "Hooded Horse", so I think there's a good chance it'll inevitably land here someday.
Still, here's the Wishlist entry:

And the first trailer:

To be honest I'm not much a fan of the visual style the game seems to be following. I'd rather have some original 2D art syle, like we could see in Battle Brothers.
All these new top-down 3D games, regardless of the genre, are starting to all look alike to me. But that's just my opinion.
Hooded Horse......

Like you found your long last soulmate ....
Interesting, i've recently began a new BB company run with the Legends mod, and just beheaded the Barbarian King.
Might be done with it by release time.
I really like Battle Brothers a lot but this looks like a generic trailer from any generic game. Every turn based game is now called a X-com clone right, hope Menace is not one of them, despite the same look and feel.

BB have simple graphics and simple animations complemented by a great soundtrack, awsome sound design (it's so satisfying hitting enemies even without animations) and very deep gameplay. This trailer shows nothing but the inverse, some nice graphics and animations and no gameplay. Almost like a proper AAA studio.

Let's hope Overhype studios pull a "Subset games - Into the Breach", after making FTL.
Yep, at least from that first teaser this doesn't exactly look all that intriguing but rather bland indeed.
Maybe we get something more substantial than those snippets of pre-recorded gameplay during gamescom later this week.

And yes - Overhype Studios having signed up with Hooded Horse bodes well in regards to a day-1 launch, maybe a beta release even.
