Another important piece of information I stumbled over by pure accident, hidden in the dark corners of the forum between the latest giveaway and a random "Your avatar" thread. It's not even sticky or highlighted in any kind of way.

So basically if you want to be up to date as a GOG customer: Use social media, be a forum regular, or GTFO. Because the GOG.com front page is pretty much worthless except for advertising. Nice.

Both Constructor games are showing on DotEMU at the moment. So what ever is the problem it seems that they are not currently affected.
Steam and GaersGate do not have them, so they probably lost them like GOG if they had them at all.

Is something wrong with me that I had to check my library to see if I own Mob Rule or not? ...Then got frustrated that I do not own it after having passed on multiple prior sales...

I don't own Constructor and Mob Rule but i don't regret not buying them. Mafia themed games are absolutely not my cup of tea. :D

there are two different kind of mafia themed games, one the is the standard mafia fps games but these are the mafia rts games if you enjoyed anything like age of empires then this should impress pretty quickly

I just heard that Gearbox now owns the Duke Nukem series, so those games could be the next ones gog loses.

It's the latter kind that I really like, so now I'm feeling even more sad that I didn't buy Mob Rule while it was still here.
