I am not sure if I understand your problem. Did you purchase for your account or as a gift to an email?

If you purchased your games using your current account, the purchase should appear under https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/orders even if it is a gift.

if you are talking about another account, and if you lost access to the account, then only the support can help you.

I don't want to defend the support , but how can someone buy something without double checking his email address / order list before clicking on the ' buy ' button ?

Sugestão: tente não atacar os outros gratuitamente.

Mas sobre o seu problema, minha sugestão seria, tal como mencionado acima, contatar o suporte e explicar a sua situação.

Kind of hard to offer you answers when you don't describe your problem in full and accurate detail.
According to your profile you have 0 games in your account, so clearly if you tried to buy a game directly from the store it hasn't succeeded. And it's a new account as well, so you're unlikely to have purchased gift codes from this account either.
