Is there something I am missing here? I already had NWN Special Edition, but recently purchased Digital Deluxe Edition, however it didn't show up in my library. I'm assuming that because I already own the Special Edition, it thinks that I have the Digital Deluxe edition (which is different due to polished graphics and such).

I've made the complaint to GOG, but they are saying it may take a couple of weeks before they can resolve it, due to current heavy traffic loads.

Does anybody know if there is something I need to be doing, or will they have to add it to my library once they get around to it? I do know with some games, you have to go into old products and add the new one there, but if that's the case, what exactly is it that I am suppose to be adding to get the newer content?
Cheers in advance.

You've got your answer already.
What more do you expect...from fellow customers, no less?

There's no Special Edition. Presumably you're referring to the Enhanced Edition. In your library you should find the following:
• Neverwinter Nights Diamond - this is the original release of the game and it comes bundled with the Enhanced Edition.
• Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition - this is the base game where you'll find all the DLC that make up the Digital Deluxe Edition; click the game tile in your library and look at the downloads available.
If you've upgraded the Enhanced Edition from the Standard to Deluxe version then it just adds more extras which are listed on the store page. It looks like all the soundtracks in FLAC & MP3 formats.

if you are using offline installers they will be listed as extras on the right or bottom of the download screen. I don't use Galaxy but i think you click the extras at the top of the game page to access the added content.

Did it work?
I'm not sure, I'm downloading the extra's and DLC's now. Am I suppose to be downloading both the MP3 AND the FLAC files or are they the same thing? And do they have anything to do with the digital deluxe upgrade?

Oh, I see now. Artbook, MP3's and FLAC are just goodies. The enhancement lies in running the NWNEE_HDArtPack_Setup_1_00.exe ....

Thanks for your help all.
