I've been seeing many people failing to use proper spelling in many sentence, i'm thinking it's mostly US people that fail to do grammar right(i'm ignore the shorthand stuff the internet been using for awhile, those don't count as it's understandable)

Huh. First I've heard of it. I guess the incorrect usage is catching on, which I personally find highly distressing.

I don't know about that... That's how we learnt it here in Romania. But we learnt British English, not American.

And yes, it's learnt, and not learned, as it's correct in American. ;)
