Well, the game has been released. It appears to be Steam only currently. It looks really good though, and hopefully ( of course with the several years delay) we may one day see this here as Evoland's are here.

The game hasn't been fully released yet; it's in early access. Whether it will join GOG's in-dev program or only get a full release here, that remains to be seen.

Ha, yes, I just got the Humble email and that stated Out Now. Forgot games don't get released as full finished products any more. Will look forward to this as a retirement present then.

The game will be released here after official release in 3-6 months. I asked about it in Steam forums.

Also for those interested. The linux version is also being worked upon and should be released at the end of early access. Edit: They already have a working opengl version so its not going to take long for them to make the Linux and Mac versions.

Otherwise the game seems to be quite a fresh take on the RTS/city/settlement builder genre. Kind of a mix between Settlers/Age of Empires but also blending other things in.

So for example you can win five ways through a wisdom, fame, conquest, World Tree and Gates of Hell victories. So there are different options for different players.

I learned about this game today. Looks great, like Age of Empires with wikings. :) I am glad to see there is already a community wishlist for it. Let's hope it eventually arrives to GOG (I don't mind to wait until the game is complete).
