It plays much as Eye of the Beholder, same interface, but at the start
you have a small maze-like cave where the heroes are sitting in cryo chambers.
You can pick any of these (or still edit them), but that's pretty much what I remember.
There's also a dwarf in a hall nearby the entrance of the cave, that has several shops.

If you have any idea what this game is, plz let me know in the comments.
Dungeon Master?

I would have said that too, except that I don't recall any dwarf shop or anything. If there was Dungeon Master 2, I don't know if it had something like that as I have never played it.

I think Commodore Amiga had quite many "Dungeon Master clones" so one should probably check them. Unless the OP is certain it was not on Amiga.

Could it be Stonekeep?

There was a Dungeon Master 2 and it had a dwarf shop (see attached image). I'm pretty sure that's what the OP is looking for. The cryo chamber maze and edit options scream DM2 to me.

In Dungeon Master, party members were recruited by clicking on portraits, and there were no shops. In Dungeon Master II, they slept in cryo-chambers, and there was even a dwarf shopkeeper - with elf's ears. ;)
And here're the Wishlist entries for Dungeon Master and its sequel (Chaos Strikes Back never had an official PC conversion, alas):

https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/dungeon_master

https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/dungeon_master_2

Both games should have already been digitally re-released long time ago.
In the meantime, google for "Dungeon Master RTC".

Thank you very much, too.

And thanx all, in general. Too many games on the mind makes slip the names.

It's indeed Dungeon Master 2, and yes, onto the game. -points finger

In the meanwhile there are totally free Amiga Emulators like WinUAE and FSUAE.
The game images on the other hand...we can't discuss here.
You can even still buy actual Amigas and even C64...with HDMI and USB ports...just weird :)
