HI, I have problem with purchase of the addition to the game witcher 3- the heart of stone, I can not end transaction because the button "complete your order" is gray and not to click, I will just say that this game is a problem because there is no other something like that, what should i do ? i have money in the "wallet" prepared for purchase and with the card is the same problem

Did you have W3 on gog? Game is requred to play a DLC.

Hello.

Hearts of Stone requires that you own the base game of Witcher 3 here, otherwise it won't allow you to complete your purchase.

Yes, the basic version of the game always included with the GOG, I bought a box game, just finished it and i wanted to download the first add but i cant...

If not, then you should redeem it using a code that should have been included with your boxed copy.
