I'm trying to play the Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing through Galaxy to track time etc, but Galaxy only opens the VanHelsing_X64_9.exe in the game. I don't get time tracking if I want to play in DirectX 11 mode. My question is, how do I play this in DX11 through Galaxy (i.e. open the VanHelsing_x64_11.exe)?

I guess there's no option through the "More" menu?

Doesn't seem to be. Only one shortcut in the start menu too.

OP, try renaming the files. VanHelsing_X64_9.exe to something else and then VanHelsing_x64_11.exe to VanHelsing_X64_9.exe.
Well, it's not _9, my mistake. But I will try renaming.
Ok. I had to disable my controller to be able to select the DX11 options with the mouse in game.
