just downloaded the open beta version ( I played closed beta level 20)
cards from closed beta all missing and back to level 1, is this supposed to be like that?

yes it is supposed to be like that

I think you get an epic Witcher card for participating in the closed beta and if you spent money, you get some kegs or whatever.
