So on 24th December i made a purchase, from which one game is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.


Since i didn't make it work properly i decided to refund only that game from that order. The refund was accepted, i choose GOG wallet refund, since i want to spend money on other games, but the refund never went through. The ticket is just sitting open for 3 weeks now. I replied multiple time on the ticket that i want my funds to be transferred to GOG wallet, nothing, no response at all. Tomorrow it will be one month since i made that purchase, and not sure how things will go from there.

I made refunds before, all to GOG wallet, and those were pretty fast, less than a week i believe? I just need some sort of confirmation that the refund will happen eventually because this is the first time im having problem of this kind.

The refund will be based on your initial request date. So you will eventually get it. They are just taking the piss right now. Not the individual support staff, who are busting their asses, but GOG and CDP overall for not staffing the support department properly in the face of the CP2077 disaster.
