omega64: Kind of necessary, if I'm remembering right placing stuff within the time limit isn't a problem. You can manually repair walls without paying by interacting with them, this is what takes up a lot of time.
Necessary because? When you are trying to understand how to play the game all the time limit does is making you go “just slap things somewhere and hope it works.” That’s not good design.

Although after battle has started you can return to main menu and continue, you’ll be in building mode again with timer restored and everything you placed in place.

You can't place stuff at the start, it gradually introduces mechanics.

What? You can. There is still stuff to place.
Why are ALL THE DIALOGUE IN SCREENSHOTS IN CAPS LOCK?

Eh it has been ages, guess I'm remembering that wrong. Thought you first had a battle without building.

Nice game but it needs some fixes.

Problems I encountered until now in the Mac version:

- I could only change the resolution once. After that there is no resolution change possible. It's stuck at 1024x768, although I have a 1280x800 screen and the graphics in fullscreen mode look stretched

- when I move the view I have a lightly flickering strip on the screen. I think a V-Sync option would be able fix that

- sometimes towers don't attack enemys, although they are clearly in range

- The feature how you fix things seems to be broken. When you have to twist 1 turn, it's enough to klick once on the tool, no turning necessary

Not really. Although some things unlock later. But planning isn’t really working (for me, anyway) when you are rushed.

I Know this is off topic, but from what i can see in the changelog Darksiders Warmastered Edition on GOG is not patched to the same version as on Steam. From what i saw it's missing the last 2 patches the Steam version got. When will you guys update the GOG version?

Any upcoming classics release ?
The NDS version was surprisingly good. Good to see a PC version.
Is there a forum for this game? I cant seem to find it for some reason.

Im not sure this one is a glitch. Its seems like the little minigame is only a boost to repair, or something like that. You are still repairing a bit even if you don't move lever thing. Sometimes there isn't enough damage for you to get a chance at the minigame.
