Ah, I just had a great idea to look in the game-related section, and there is another topic about this issue.
And seems the only way to correct the error would be to ask support to receive another code for redeeming.

I suppose they cannot reissue those codes automatically, when they don`t know, who has already used their code, and who not.
And based on the replies in this topic there seems to be really a lot of people, who have not redeemed their bonus yet., so I think it is time to spam their inbox :)

Verdeloth: The only "problem" is, that you shouldn`t get the game for free, but only with 70% discount.
Although that happened also to some other users, that they skipped payment entirely, and it is probably connected with leftover credit on their account, from which it was deducted automatically (or if that was not your case, then it is some really weird bug).
For the record, I seem to have received the game for free in "error" and I had no credit balance in my account. I was a victim of one of the earlier bugs that prevented me from viewing the Pathologic game card in my library for the first day the pre-order was announce, though I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not...

It took me a while fishing in the forums to figure out where to enter the code in the first place. It would be good if there was an option to enter the code on the regular purchase page.
Has anyone found a solution to the "Something went wrong. Try reloading the page" problem? I can't get past it.

This seems to be only solution found so far.
I use Galaxy and couldn't find my code. On a hunch I logged into the website and it was in that version of my library! Now the code says "0 items at 70% off". Is anyone at GOG working on this?

I too had that weird error message stating that Something went wrong and I should reload.
Hmm, I've tried "reloading" ( and thusly having to re-verify the captcha) 3 times, and just keep getting the "try reloading".

So I'm now going to try going to support. Hope it works!

There is either a glitch (my guess) or you+others missed it/didn't locate it.

Yeah - I had to identify pics with "street signs" in them to "prove i wasn't a robot". I must be part cyborg though - because each time I had to re-verify, I failed the captcha 2 or 3 times lol.

Huh. I don't remember. And there doesn't seem to be any way for me to find out after the fact.

I do remember mulling over this question for a bit before deciding. But I cannot remember what I ended up on. Sorry.
