op-si: Regional pricing. For me it was 9 € after the 10% discount, that is about 10,7 $ here.

I know. The $15 are also after the 10% discount for me. The base price of the game is more than $16.

MischiefMaker: It's a prequel.

I suppose you could also say they're related by classic Nintendo franchises in that Redout 1 was an F-Zero clone while this is a Starfox clone.

Or you could say Redout was an Outrun clone while this is an Afterburner clone. :p
