Shortest Trip to Earth is a roguelike spaceship simulator focused on exploration, ship management and tactical battles. Embark on a perilous journey across the universe with an armed crew, nuclear missiles and a cat.
FTL clone...7 years later? Does it even do anything better.
Link isn't working.
Link to game doesn't work.
Is the game a mixture of FTL and Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space?

Yea, adding complexity to an existing recipe is not the way to go I'd say, but who knows, will have to test it to be sure.

Fate points system is a nice way of working towards your next run knowing this one is doomed though, that's a cool concept.

Does the game allow the player to save between levels/maps?
Roguelike? FTL clone? Okay, nothing to see here....
Not my cup of tea, but I guess someone else will love it :-)
Hmmm, it does have a cat in it...
Looks interesting. Wishlisted for now.

Need to find out if it has "active pause" (can give orders during the pause) like FTL. If it does I may grab it right away.
