Jokes aside, I completely agree with you. Some folks I know got "surprise" with the fact that I didn't see any of the new Batman movies and this "storm" (let's call it that way) of "hero" movies -avengers, spidermans, supermans and whatnot- which is flooding hollywood these days.

On the other hand, I got the chance to appreciate this gem. Too bad it lost an oscar to the (come and get me, polish dudes :P) meh polish movie Ida. Completely "meh".

I think Uwe Boll knows he makes shit though. Hollywood produces shit and then develops a pretense that what they made is actually good entertainment.

Yup, milking the cash cow as long as it works. Iron Man and Thor are no bad movies but I wouldn't spend money in a cinema to watch'em. There's only one other hero-movie that I have to watch: Guardians of the Galaxy, is said to be funny.
