I don't have the game, but thanks for the information! Just in case if I'd ever have the game and got an urgent need to backup its savegames, like if the house was on fire or some alien lifeform tried to suck the life out of me.

Well, thank you for being helpful. I would suggest that most people will know this already however. To locate saves they will either be under:
- the installed program location
- type %appdata% into a windows explorer - which gets you the the path you gave above
- in Documents
