doady: There should also be a general forum section to discuss things not specific to any one game. It would improve the site a lot.
Oh yeah, and GoG could even make some money when they sell something on their website. Maybe games, or movies.

They should also come out with a wallet feature, sometimes I just don't want to use my credit card.

Oh yeah, that`s a nice idea! And maybe, call me a dreamer, but maybe they could sell games without DRM!

Oh! Oh! OH! They should also make a feature letting you link your steam account, and give you whatever games you already own on steam. Damn, could you imagine the amount of threads that could and will be started about it?!

And sells all games without! Steam keys. Can you imagine all the threads about asking where is my Steam key? Just thinking about it makes me laughing lot :)
Hmm, I wonder what that All Forums option under the community menu is for?

Teralitha: I mean it would be easier... right?

Like a forum, not a comments section.
What do you mean by "comments section"? Do you mean the reviews on a game page? Some people do try to use that as a comments section, but the review section is really just a review section (and no opportunity to edit the review after posting, from what I've heard).

It does seem to me the forums for each game are hidden. There doesn't seem to be a link to the specific forum for a game from its game page.

On the Community page there is a section on the lefthand side named "Game specific forums". In that there is a search field. By placing the cursor (or focus) in that search field then a list of game forums will suddenly appear. Typing anything at all will immediately reduce the list to the search result without having to use the return key or enter key. Each item in the list has the forum name, the date of the most recent post, and a checkbox for marking it as a favorite forum so it will stay visible and won't need to be searched for again. There will also be a link at the bottom of that section to "show all 1161 forums", or however many forums there happens to be.

Keep in mind the search is for the forum name rather than the game name. Some games are grouped by series into a single forum, f.e. Might and Magic series. Sometimes that might not be so obvious, such as with The 11th Hour that is part of The 7th Guest series. Searching for "11th" won't find the forum, but searching for 7th will because it's part of the forum name.

woah! that would be really amazing!
And if they still have time to implement new features maybe they should even be language specific forums for the most commonly used languages here - that would be a major breakthrough :P

Nah, that would be stupid. It would just split the user base. Isn't it more fun if we all just converse in bad English? (apart from the few educated Brits)
Wait... GOG has a forum?

I might see her, but that's different. :)
Shouldnt Each Game Have Its own Discussion Room?

And GOG stop meaning Good Old Games.

It would be easier...

BUT it will never happen.

=P

I just got here on GoG to buy the SSI gold box sets and there is only a comments room for all of the games. So that was my first impression.
Good news!

Starting on Friday, each game will have it's own Discussion Room, and every time you enter one of these rooms, GOG will automatically download the Galaxy client to your computer.

Don't worry though, it's completely optional. If you don't want to download the client, when you enter a room and the download starts, simply go to the GOG Support page, enter your login and password, and fill out the proper request form notifying GOG that you would like to stop and skip the current download. We will honor your request, once of course we have received and reviewed the ticked, typically 36 to 48 hours after you send it.
