The question is unavoidably raised.
Two years ago most releases were at 11:00 GMT.

But i've lost it since i don't know how long.
So we got any official announcement for the change. Or what the great observators of GOG have to say about the issue?
Nowadays, most usual release time is 14:00 GMT.
For games that don't have to adhere to Steam's release timeline, 14:00 GMT as @Grargar says.
Which means most new game releases are at 17:00 GMT (and sometimes even at 18:00 GMT)

Some old games are still released at 11:00 GMT. And recently some of the sales (along with attached releases) have also been at that time.

So what is it now, 057:00.6?
So, i guess i have to stop the habit of visiting the main page at 11:00 GMT.
Seems like there's a point to that only on Mondays and Fridays (when the promos start).
Otherwise the release schedule seems like a headache.

Thanks folks!
Release times have always been picked by a randomization process. It was mere coincidence that we saw a series of releases occurring at 11:00 GMT standard time (which is as good a random number as any) giving the impression of continuity. What a curious universe to live in.
