My favourite robot is [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bender_(Futurama)]Bender[/url]. I love how, unlike most robots in TV/Movies/etc., he's portrayed as being completely selfish and having absolutely no morals. Which I actually think is the most realistic, if you think about it...
