Some folk seem to think that STOP START GAMING is the way to go ... I'm not even willing to try ... except I guess I do physically stop when I go to sleep, if not mentally ... and when I go out ... and I refuse to play games on my phone ... so I guess I definitely have a break ... of sorts.
