Haters gonna hate. I personally think Desura is cool. Dead and cool.

I checked from joker.com and unfortunately desura.com is still taken, registrar is Amazon.com or something something. Said something about "on behalf of the owner" blaa blaa blaa. Are they afraid I'd make a pr0n site out of desura.com? Good, that's exactly my intention.

I actually owned only one game on Desura. Paranautical Activity.

I remember in Desura you could get Abuse for free.

Oh yeah, indeed, I got the game from there four or five years ago, hopefully still have the installer lying around. It's the only thing I ever got there.

Not that it matters much, but I am disappointed how the new owners lied about re-opening the service.

They kept changing the estimated opening time every three months, until they stopped changing it, and then they removed even that message. Nothing ever happened.
