As the thread title, I am familiar with Blind Guardian in general, but I am specifically looking for albums (by any artist) similar to thier concept Middle Earth album - Nightfall In Middle Earth.

Avantasia - The Metal Opera I & II

Ayreon & Avantasia do in general concept albums. Avantasia's albums are more fantasy inclined and Ayreon's more SF.
