Karina and the rest of the team just solved a major account issue for me, the least I can do is to show some publc appreciation, so thanks a lot!
It's always good to hear some positive feedback regarding the support team here :D
While we're at the appreciation of the GOG support team:

whenever I contact support and they resolve an issue, a few days later I get an e-mail, in which they ask something like: "were you satisfied with our service?"

And I usually am, so I click on the "yes" button...but then a new tab pops up, in which it says something like: "you don't have access rights for this page" (or whatever) and I'm not sure, whether they received my positive feedback or not.

Anyone else having the same experience?
Is it, because I'm not logged into my GOG account, when I click the "yes" button?

Is the result of clicking the "yes" button different, if one is logged into GOG.com?
