Torchlight definitely needs a dagger.

Not sure about Still Life 2. Was free, but for a matter of hours, forgot if 2 or 6. Came between Omerta and (heh) Torchlight that day. Know that Alan Wake's American Nightmare was the last one and was only free for 30 min.

supplementscene: I seem to remember the puzzles are less logical and there is loads of running/walking between scenes. That and the annoying robbot continually saying 'Kate Walker'.

PixelBoy: The transitions were indeed annoying, especially playing on a console.
But every game has its faults, Syberia included, but overall it's a brilliant game.

And while that doesn't send that version straight to hell, it goes from "one of the best ever made" to "kinda nice, mediocre". Those new puzzles really don't fit in, and Nicole's parts are really breaking the entire story structure.

Play the original, please.
I've played both and I actually quite liked the addition of Nicole as a playable character and liked the puzzles. But yes it may break up the flow of the story as it's essentially bolted on after. You've convinced me to download the original via GOG though for comparisons sake.

Just to mention it, Zeo has copies of Syberia that expire shortly if anyone wants it.

Edit: Unfortunately, I can't send it to Master0fBlunt until he changes his chat settings. If the chat isn't opened to me within the next 5 hours or so, I'll put the key to use elsewhere.
