To be honest: I never heard of that guy.
Condolences to his family.

I'm actually surprised by the amount of people who haven't heard of him, considering the fact that he had over 11 million subscribers. Then again he hired two new hosts to take over his YouTube channel, so he wasn't exactly active on his own show.

Consider the number of people in the world overall, much less those with internet connections that aren't complete dog poo, and it's pretty small in terms of the bigger picture. Not that it isn't an impressive number otherwise.

I also had no idea who this fella was - I'm out of the target audience age range for the content he did. Unfortunate that his pursuit of enjoying his life was what led him to its untimely end, however.

There must be millions, if not billions, of Youtube/social media celebrities that I don't recognize. Heck, I learned about PewDieDie like a year ago or so, and still don't understand why he ever was a celebrity. "Brofist"... in your ass!

Yeah I have absolutely no idea who this guy is either. Then again, he probably doesn't recognize me either (especially now that he is ded), so we are even, kinda.

My condolences anyway. It is always sad when someone dies. Except Hitler.

I think there have been a few more people throughout history whose deaths were not exactly sad. ;)

Back to topic though, I've never heard of this person, either. But who could keep up with all these youtube celebrities - or rather, who'd want to keep up? Anyway, accidents happen, and sometimes it hits a person that many people knew and liked - if only from seeing them in the media or so. It's sad, yes, but it's life.

Well...that's 11 million out of 7.5 billion in total, and not everyone is interested in YouTubers, so...it shouldn't be that surprising.
