Now that you mention it, noticed it too recently but shrugged it off without really "registering" at the time.
Is it really just the three of us with this problem?

No, definitely not. My "purple dot" is absent as well.
But how many "same here" posts are really necessary?

Or the rest just don't care. I mean, I wouldn't have said anything either if I wouldn't have seen it mentioned here.

Fair point.

Dragon Age: Origins was broken by GOG's "preservation" program. When will GOG "fix" it again or is it being abandoned?

Isn't it fixed allready ?

What is broken on current version ?

CPU usage is still limited and DLC is still missing. Game cannot be played past certain points without crashing due to the CPU restriction which GOG refuses to remove the limiter. Due to a blank file, the DLC does not exist.

Just made a fresh install of the latest build.
All the DLC looks like in place - I can run DLC campaigns, get DLC items & so on (screenshot).
Maybe I'm missing something ?

As for CPU limiter - I replayed entire game some years ago & this CPU fix was a must have for me back than (to avoid crashes).

Right now I don't have time to replay the entire game - so just for my curiosity - can you share a save file before crash ?
Want to check it out on my rig.

I'm still waiting for GOG to patch the game again before I again waste memory space on my SSD and wait several days for it download. My internet is shit which is why I hate this digital only era we live in. For a 23GB game it can take over 4 days for it to download so I want to ensure it can run before I try to download it again. I uninstalled it because of the patches breaking everything.
So you didn't even bother to check the latest build.

I don't understand your complaints at all...

I checked the latest build which was last "updated" in 12/04/24. I installed it, found out it still had the two above issues so I uninstalled it. Now GOG is ignoring support requests.

As mentioned in the OP, this thread is about problems with the website (and fixes thereto). Problems with individual games should go elsewhere (ideally, in those games' relevant forums).

On a more relevant note, several people have reported that the purchase order history's search function is...functional once more.

Not really, at least not for everyone. Still "No results found", no matter what I enter to search for.

The DLCs issues should be fixed. Is it possible you had the old file(related to the DLCs) when you updated the game and it did not update. THe file is outside the game folder so even clean instalation may not delete it. You should manually check your documents folder and move or copy and then delete the entire Dragon Age folder there before installing (addins.xml is the file that caused the problems). The CPU change sadlly you will have to undo yourself. No idea why they kept that after so many people reported it was not needed

Seems like, while other searches are getting fixed, the forum search got broken.
