Update to V1.59.7.

Changelog:

1.59.7 - Virtual Diversity

Elon Interstellar Promises Autonomous Astrogation
Elon Interstellar announced today the release of its EIAA-1337 autopilot upgrade, featuring fully autonomous astrogation in planetary rings. This update allows vessels to plot and execute jumps automatically, aiming to reduce pilot workload and improve efficiency in hazardous environments. While the company encourages users to familiarize themselves with the software's functionality and associated disclaimers before taking advantage of this breakthrough in autonomous flight, veteran astrogators urge caution when relying on the new software, as its autonomous behaviour introduces new variables.

B8 Claim Beacon Recall Announced
Triskelion-Armstrong has issued a recall for all B8 Claim Beacon units following reports of malfunctions when deployed outside designated zones. The recall addresses issues where beacons were improperly relocating without warning, leading to confusion and operational delays for deep space miners. Affected beacon owners are urged to contact their suppliers for return and replacement instructions. Triskelion-Armstrong apologizes for any inconvenience and is working to resolve the issue promptly to ensure safe and reliable operation in all future deployments.

Structural Realignment Completed on Station
Repairs have been successfully carried out on the superstructure of the Enceladus Prime station to correct an issue affecting drone navigation and safety. A minor miscalibration in the station’s framework led to visual discrepancies that interfered with the station's automated drone recognition systems. Utility pipes and conduits on the exterior were occasionally misidentified by docking and maintenance drones, causing minor collisions and erratic behavior. The repairs included recalibrating the station’s visual markers and enhancing the accuracy of recognition systems to ensure that drones can now navigate safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Logs
* EIAA-1337 autopilot is now capable of fully autonomous astrogation jumps.
* Your autopilot will now display Approach Speed next to Relative Velocity when you target an entity.
* New astrogation protocol. Previously, there was a fixed velocity deadzone required to match in order to engage astrogation. That deadzone is now dynamic, starting much bigger and narrowing down as the astrogation progresses. This will give you much more space for manoeuvre when you are starting your astrogation sequence but will require stricter adherence to the course at the very end. This change will also prevent large adjustments to the course as the cutscene kicks in, which could cause some unbalanced ships to perform unexpected spins.
* If you stray twice as far from the astrogation target, the trajectory computation will now rewind a bit, to reflect the fact that your astrogation software needs to account for unexpected ship manoeuvre. This also prevents abusing the astrogation system by "charging up" the astrogation without actually making the jump, just flying in a completely different direction while having the ship primed for an emergency jump. This made little sense in-universe.
* Pressing the "match velocity" key (X by default) during the astrogation sequence will now match your autopilot to the astrogation course, making returning to the right course after a manual dodge much easier. A proper on-screen prompt is included.
* During the astrogation cutscene, the ship will start slowing down only after you regain control of it, making it possible to cancel that manoeuvre immediately. Previously, there was 1.5 seconds of burn that you had no chance of affecting.
* Having a comms channel open won't stop the astrogation course computation when returning to the Enceladus station. Should such a cowardly escape cause a story event to be broken, the countdown will be slowed instead until the people you were talking to react appropriately.
* Attempting to place a B8 Claim Beacon outside of the area of Ring A will now cause it to complain about the claim, instead of silently relocating.
* Newly purchased claim beacons will not bang against your ship hull anymore when you start the dive.
* Cradles, docking arms and salvage manipulators will now use full physics simulation during in-ring astrogation cutscenes. Previously, they used a simplified system in order to preserve resources and make cutscenes more predictable, but this simplified system caused unpredictable behaviour in more complex cases, such as astrogating with mining companions attached that have ore inside them. Now cutscenes will use exactly the same simulation as the normal gameplay.
* Astrogators could confuse moonlets that were less than 50km from each other, often losing track of one of them.
* The HUD Scale slider in the settings, the very end of the scale would have no effect due to monitor aspect ratio constraints. Adjusted the slider to show only scale levels that actually change the scale.
* If your resolution or window size is so small that no HUD Scale adjustment is possible, the slider will be disabled with an appropriate tooltip.
* The railgun particle system now correctly accelerates particles relative to the velocity of the railgun.
* Repairs were performed on the Enceladus Prime station superstructure, which was slightly misaligned and when you observed it long enough could flicker some pipes in and out of existence.
* Holding a rotation manual control key while performing an astrogation jump with a fly-by-wire enabled autopilot will not cause your ship to continue spinning through the whole cutscene sequence.
* OMS's Astrogation destination list will no longer receive lights from the comms window. These lights caused some of the colours to be difficult to tell apart.
* Moving your in-game camera will not cause the shadows to shift around anymore.
* When selecting astrogation back to Enceladus, the astrogation velocity slider will now be disabled, with an appropriate tooltip hint.
* Selecting an astrogation destination that is too close for you will now add an appropriate tooltip hint to the disabled "Plot Course" button.
* The game will no longer receive gamepad input when not in focus. This caused the game to un-pause when you put it in the background and launched another game on Steam Deck.
* Switching the OMS tabs with gamepad/Steam Deck controls will not zoom the camera in and out anymore.
* Updated translations.

Union of Gnomes update for 30 September 2024
Big story update: new missions, cards, and mechanics!

Greetings, comrades!

Today, we push forward and continue the fight against Snow White and her tyrannical rule of the kingdom! The new update sees our gnomish squad of rebels encounter phantasmagorical Dream Factory, the noisy Southern Market, and more hellish missions that contain the strongest packs of monsters with unfair difficulty levels.

This is what's new in the update: :

2 story missions;
1 quest mission;
1 super-difficult mission;
9 gnome cards for the collection and 12 new cards in missions;
8 new monsters and 4 new bosses;
And the Italian language option has been added!

Here are the full details!

Mission "The Dream Factory"

When you arrive at the Dream Factory, you will encounter new enemies and unfair rules that give creatures an advantage, making fights even harder than before. The gnomes will face off against wrestlers, boxers, and… cheerleaders. If you don't stop them at the root, these fearsome foes can deliver critical blows with their special skills.

For example, the "Ram" boxer moves forward after an attack and uses critical blows while in the first position.

In the finale, you will battle the Great Oz. Frantically moving around the circus ring and turning your gnomes into all manner of DIFFERENT things, he will crush you.

South Market Mission

This is where gnome goods and wares are sold. Everything is bought and sold here, and some cards can be played for COINS, so you can't do without gold. Additional coins can be taken from monsters, but they will not miss the opportunity to get into your pocket. For example, an enemy can obtain and use a special buff named "Thief", which removes 5 gold from your wallet with each attack against you.

The South Market has brand new enemies – sellers and shopaholics – all of whom will buy tons of "gnomes" goods and refuse to relinquish their passion for consumerism. Beating them will reward you with VERY powerful cards, VERY sinister curse cards, and COOL goods.

This shopping trip will end in a duel with Couturier Knockoff, who will cut you up with a pair of scissors and leave you to be eaten by his tamed pigeons.

New cards

The theme of this act's new cards is combos. We wanted to create more cards that can be combined to obtain powerful effects.

For example, the Rocket card cannot be played, however, upon dropping it, it will inflict a total damage of 10 to all opponents. This is a great card to combo with gnomes dropping other cards.

We also created cards called "Holy Gnomes." Use them to create a build that will heal you and destroy your enemies with these same healing dwarves. Among these cards, the "Holy Gnomes" grant you a buff that doubles your healing ability, and the "Sinner" gnome grants you a buff that allows you to deal damage with healing.

Play Union of Gnomes and keep fighting for equality and freedom. Don't forget to write reviews of the game on Steam and talk about it in the Discussions.

Freedom to Gnomes!

Vagrus - The Riven Realms

Updated to 1.1760930Q for Windows, Linux and Mac.

Changelog from SteamDB:

A New Build is OUT - Patch 1.176

Hey everyone,

This week’s update addresses several issues that we’ve been aiming to fix since our last patch. It also adds several new small Quality of Life features that further streamline UI and UX elements across the board. Alongside this, we are continuing to work hard on our coming DLC, and will endeavor to share more about it as we move closer to the end of the development cycle.

As has become a habit, Vagrus is currently taking part in Steam’s Turn-Based RPG Fest, which marks the occasion of our final sale before price increases come into effect for Sunfire and Moonshadow and the Season Pass. So, if you’ve been on the fence about jumping into our newest content or have a friend who you want to introduce to the Riven Realms, you can make it happen for the old price with a discount to boot.

The detailed patch notes are below, as usual.

Important Note: Considering the extent of the improvements, there is little to no chance that we broke nothing in the process. Assume that we did not want to make anyone's life harder. If you see something amiss, please flag it to us using the usual channels, like the inbuilt reporting tool (F1 button), forums, and our Discord server.

Patch 1.176

New or Updated Features :gift:

• Improved the particle effects on the campaign map.

User Interface Improvements :pencil:

• From now on, Perk category Event choice dependencies also indicate whose Perks are required (vagrus only, whole comitatus) just like in Tests.
• Changed the display of Quality dependencies without an added Quality level requirement so that they are easier to understand (the tooltip will no longer refer to a 0 requirement).
• When starting a new game, the dialogue options of Agos can now be navigated by using number keys on the keyboard. We also added hover highlighting to them.
• Removed the redundant X button from the Hunting and Foraging Results window.

Bug Fixes :bug:

• Fixed an issue that caused Companion Combat Skills that forced the target to move (for example, Javek’s Hypnosis) to have no effect when the target was surrounded by other entities. Now the target can swap places with every eligible character when forced to move.
• Fixed a rare issue that caused the Ahskulite Retinue not to disembark, blocking players from passing through Realmgates and in general causing a lot of headaches. Ahskul disapproved, though He is sated now.
• The right side Character Sheet in Companion Combat that is supposed to be empty when no enemy is selected will no longer display Renkailon’s stats (sorry Ren!).
• Fixed an issue with controllers (including Steamdeck) that caused Events happening upon leaving a settlement/point of interest to immediately activate entry into that place.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Game Log to display the wrong information (stat changes) related to Camping if it was canceled.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Character Sheet to be missing its background when opened during Hero Select.
• Fixed an issue that caused overwatch-type attacks to not trigger when an enemy is force-moved into the overwatched position.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to be unable to switch between summoned entities or close the window on their Character Sheets when using a controller.
• Fixed an issue that caused the radial menu to be open when returning to the campaign map from the Main Menu.
• You can no longer softlock the game during the Deputy tutorial.
• You can no longer accidentally (or intentionally if you knew how) skip the Outrider tutorial.
• Fixed an issue that allowed players to move farther in Forced March than they had MPs for if using double clicking.

As ever, more is coming, so stay tuned, and conquer the wasteland!

Unreal Lust Theory (Early Access)

Updated to 0.3.5. (Galaxy & Offline Installer)

Changelog from the developer's website:
Unreal Lust Theory v0.3.5

Oct 4

Our dear players,

We are so excited to bring you this Unreal Lust Theory v0.3.5 update! After a long wait, we’ve finally managed to create our very own Main Menu and fully developed product. This will make it much easier to handle and optimize across all systems. We hope you’ll enjoy it and share your feedback with us.

Along with the new Main Menu, we have another surprise for you. We've been secretly working on Ellie. She’s not quite ready yet, and we’ve encountered some issues with her design. The plan is to release her to you now so you can provide comments and help us improve her appearance. We'll handle the technical issues that aren’t visible. This is the best approach because it allows us to make adjustments while continuing to develop her. Ellie is being released for testing purposes only. Sophie will also be released, but our current priority is to finalize Ellie and then move on to Sophie.

Thanks to your support, we were able to hire another animator, who will be joining the team next month. He’ll start working on Sophie, and we’ll provide more updates once he begins.

Now, let’s get back to the details of this update. Here’s what you can expect:

• Completely new user interface
• New Main Menu
• New Pause Menu
• New Save System (you can now have multiple saves, and your old saves should work properly)
• Give your Save your own name (needs to be 2 or more characters)
• Integrated Lovense new toy Solace Pro II (more info: https://www.lovense.com/a/IncetonGames)
• Added Ellie for testing purposes only (includes 5 animations + cum)
• Localization: you can now select your language as intended. Sorry for the delay, but we couldn’t fix this without the new Main Menu.
• 2 new achievements (one is hidden but should unlock automatically—if not, figure out how to get it!)
• Fixed the “Explore the House” quest, as some players were unable to complete it

• Fixed several problems with Russian translation

• If player hasn't progressed far enough in the story and tries to create the experimental serum, it'll not be allowed, in order to prevent the quest being stuck.
