Please help...
I have purchased and installed traffic giant game. However when I want to play I get this message, when I click ok, the window stays white and nothing happens.

How can I solve this issue?

Install DirectX Redist (June 2010) then restart your system. It contains old DirectX components that are needed by some old games but are no longer bundled with Windows.

If the problem persists, do you have a discrete graphics card? Some games don't work with integrated graphics.

It could be a DirectDraw issue even if it doesn't say so, which is a legacy feature that is typically disabled in modern Windows. A lot of older games depend on that.

"To enable DirectDraw or Direct3D on Windows 11/10 computer, follow these instructions; run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag.exe). In the dxdiag window, click the Display tab, verify that DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3D Acceleration are selected under DirectX Features. Click Enable if either option shows Disabled status."
