Each Spook may enter for up to 5 Treats, but Beware, for these treats feature Ghosts and Ghouls, Vampires and Bats, Witches and Witchers, Evil Overlords ... and Death himself. (Most terrifying of all - one even features Children!!) ;)

1) Ye have haunted the Castle of GOGwart's since Midsummer.
(GOG acct since June 2018)
2) Changlings, Dopplegangers, Polyjuicers and Trolls will be Reducto-ed into Potion Ingredients.
(Known scammers, impersonators and trolls will be reduced to cauldron scum and vanished.)

3) Ye may bob for up to a Pentagram of Treats, but only one Treat may bespell itself into your Cauldron.
(Choose up to 5 games in order of preference, but only 1 game per person will be awarded.)
4) The Hand of Fate will spin the bottle. Treats must be claimed by the Spook entering before the Dark of the Moon, when they will vanish back into the netherworld.
(Winners will be selected by Random.org. Games are to be redeemed by the acct entering before November 7th.)
5) The Haunting of this Giveaway shall end at the Witching Hour afore the Last Quarter Moon, so GOGhoul's may enjoy their Treats for All-Hallow's Eve. All spells for summoning your Treats will be delivered by Owl Post, so keep your window cracked.

The TRICK:
Use the Sight to conjure up the "spectre" (make up a Halloween persona) of the poster above you. Are they a Trickster or a Treater? Give them a bit of an origin "Ghost Story" in a spooky tale, haunting poem or maybe their own urban legend!

Here goes my little story. Please excuse my poor English.

AB2012 was a well known player that had mastered the Polybius game, winning many local tournaments. However, he started to become obsessed with the game. He was convinced there was a hidden eidetic message behind the graphics and the gameplay.
As the game started to grow a bad reputation and was subsequently removed from many places, AB2012 started to move all across the country, living in any place where he could find a Polybius arcade machine to play. His trips led him to a grimy arcade gallery in the middle of nowhere.
That afternoon he was playing an almost perfect game of Polybius and, as he progressed in the game and learnt its deeper secrets, he has the sensation that the hidden message was about to be revealed. Unfortunately, a fire started in the place. Everybody left the gallery, but not AB2012. With tears in his eyes, he withstood the smoke and the scorching heat. He was starting to see beyond the flashy pixels. It seemed that a hidden veil was about to be lifted and the purpose of his life was within his reach, so he kept his concentration on the game. Meanwhile, in the place, the flames spread quickly. Lights went out but the Polybius machine was still misteriously turned on and working.
Then, a strange sound started to distract AB2012. It was faint and muffled in the beginning, but started to get gradually louder. It was the most horrendous, unearthly scream AB2012 had ever heard. He could bear it no more and finally left the game to turn his attention to the real world. Horrified, he discovered it was his own scream, as fire was devouring his skin and charring his bones.
AB2012 was never seen again, but his spirit is said to roam on the internet. People who contact him risk being possessed by him and forced to play that game he couldn't finish...

tastymonkey is a brainless monster that can read but due to a lack of this vital organ cannot remember anything. So he did read about rules of this giveaway but forgot to write something about his predecessor ;) He haunts people by promising them to do something and forgetting it 5 seconds later. He is so convincing that his unsuspecting victims believe that the thing will be done and stop caring about it only to find out later that nothing has changed.

Ghorpm is a movie about a fiendish plot to secretly turn people into vampires through use of the nighttime cough syrup and nasal decongestant Ghor PM. Tired, sick people take it hoping for nighttime relief of their symptoms so they can sleep, only for them to gradually find themselves suffering from the symptoms of vampirism. While at first it eases them to sleep, as it accumulates in the body it has less and less of an effect as they start to become a restless creature of the night so they have to take more to try to get to sleep which only accelerates the transformation.

mrcrispy83 is a crispy chicken costumed sinister man from Anoka, Minnesota, the capital of Halloween, where he is known for his compulsive-obsessive urge to lure trick or treating children into his lair of torture, where he eats their collected candies and drinks blood from their tortured bodies. Although his dark deeds are well known, no one can spot him because he only appears in the dark and he wears a variety of costumes with the chicken costume being his favourite one.

Kaesemeister is a former sorcerer doing some research with all kinds of potions. One day, when he drank his latest work which included some cheese pieces, his body morphed into a giant cheese whose purpose in life is to touch and contaminate everyone so that they transform too and spread the contamination. All the world has to become a giant cheese !

I'm not entering, but I wanted to commend you for your generosity. :)

And a story? Ehhh, Pouyou-pouyou is a big lovable kitty-cat who gives treats to the needy and the sugar-deprived. This has earned him the admiration of his peers and his only regret in life is lacking the opposable thumbs he needs to return their gestures of gratitude. Being a cat, his attempt at carving an intimidating battle-mask from a melon to get in the spirit of Halloween has been something of a failure, which no-one has had the heart to correct him on as it looks adorable.
