so i installed the maingame and decided to buy both DLC's in a pack and it gave me the GOTY edition have installed the DLC seperately but was wondering if i'm missing anything by not downloading GOTY and if i try to install GOTY if it will only install extra content since maingame already is installed or if it will corrupt my existing saves/game?

GOTY and Standard Edition + Expansions are exactly the same.

GOTY just bundles everything into one installer instead of three seperate ones. Installing the GOTY over your existing Standard Edition shouldn't break anything, at worst you're just wasting time downloading the entire game again and not just the expansions by themselves.
